Oliver Schumann, Chairman
Oliver Schumann is managing director of Capital Dynamics GmbH. Before, he was chief executive of LipoNova AG. Before his current position, Mr. Schumann was involved in the medium-sized investments at Resurgence Asset Management, a private equity company. Mr. Schumann began his activities in the private equity business as co-head of the Private Equity Group at Sal.Oppenheim where he was particularly involved in numerous growth capital projects and MBO transactions in the German market.
Before his employment in the private equity business, Oliver Schurmann was employed by Arthur Andersen from 1994 onwards and then in 1997 changed to GE Capital, a company of the General Electric Group. There he was active in the central business development and was mainly responsible for contract negotiations and acquisitions of various business areas. Mr. Schumann studied business economics and has distinguished himself through wide-ranging and long-term experience in the financial sector with the best connections.

Dr. Farsin Yadegardjam, Vice Chairman
Dr. Farsin Yadegardjam is a partner and shareholder of Co-Investor AG (Zurich / Frankfurt), as well as chief executive of its wholly owned subsidiary, EVP Capital Management AG. He is responsible for the Group's investment portfolio, which invests in medium-sized companies with growth dynamics. Since the year 2000, he has been active in the investment business. As an investor, he was involved in a series of successful transactions, including the sale of the Cool Chain Group's assets to the METRO Group (2016), the sale of Signature Diagnostics to Roche (2015) and the Phenex asset deal with Gilead (2014).
Nanogate was his first investment in 2001, which is why he has been closely linked to the company since then. In addition to Nanogate, he is currently a member of the supervisory bodies of the companies EUROIMMUN AG (Lübeck), Phenex Pharmaceuticals AG, Schaetti Holding AG (Switzerland), Tranquini GmbH (Austria) and K & K Group AG (Switzerland).
Dr. Yadegardjam obtained his PhD in chemical technology at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1995. He began his professional career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked from 1996 to 2000.

Dr. Clemens M. Doppler
Clemens M. Doppler is Managing Partner of HeidelbergCapital. Prior he was a Partner at 3i and has worked in various markets and geographies. He specialises in life science and emerging technologies and managed more than 100 million USD for 3i. He worked at Boehringer Mannheim (now Roche) before he joined one of the first Swiss Biotech companies as executive, which was successfully sold in 1997 to MDS, Inc (former Phoenix International Life Science, Montreal & NJ .), a world leading Pharma services provider. Clemens currently serves on the board of 4SC, Accovion, MerLion, Sensovation and Vasopharm. Clemens graduated from the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg/Germany as a Master of Science in Biology and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the German Cancer Research Center.

Between 1992 and 2003 Hartmut Gottschild was managing director of the German Dow Corning GmbH where he played a considerable role in the successful set-up of the company. He retired in 2003. In addition to his role as managing director of the Dow Corning Group, from 1999 to 2003, Mr. Gottschild was also European Area Director and Global Leader for selected markets. In this function, Mr. Gottschild was responsible both for the development as well as for the implementation of worldwide product and market strategies in various business areas. Before commencing his international group activities, Mr. Gottschild was managing director of Perenator GmbH, a medium-sized chemicals company. After his studies at business school, Mr. Gottschild obtained his MBA from the University Insead / University of Michigan. Hartmut Gottschild is currently involved in the supervisory and advisory boards of various technological companies.

Mr Klaus-Günter Vennemann was born on 12 April 1954 in Duisburg. After attending technical college in Duisburg (electrical engineering), he held various managerial positions in the USA (Getrag Gears of America Inc./Executive Vice President Operations) and in Germany (Vice President Manufacturing at Getrag GmbH & Cie., Managing Director at LuK Fahrzeug-Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG, LuK GmbH & Co. and TRW Fahrwerksysteme GmbH).
After 16 years as a member of the management at LuK GmbH & Co. oHG (part of the Schaeffler Group) and as Head of Marketing at Schaeffler Automotive, in 2009 Mr Vennemann joined Siteco Lighting GmbH, Traunreut (a subsidiary of OSRAM AG since 7.2011), as Chairman of the Management Board and partner. Since October 2012, Mr Vennemann has been working on a freelance basis as a corporate and management consultant as part of his mandates on supervisory committees.
Mr Vennemann has mandates as a member of the Advisory Board of automotive supplier Kamax Dr. Rudolf Kellermann GmbH and of the Supervisory Board of KSPG AG and Rheinmetall AG.
