Nanogate SE: Changes Planned for Supervisory Board15.05.19
Göttelborn, Germany, May 15, 2019. Nanogate SE, a leading global technology company for design-oriented, multifunctional components and surfaces, is planning the reorganization of its Supervisory Board.
Following the shareholders’ meeting on June 26, 2019, longtime member Klaus-Günter Vennemann will take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Nanogate SE. The prior Chairman, Oliver Schumann, will remain on the Supervisory Board as an ordinary member. The new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be Martin Hendricks, who will be appointed to the position by shareholders at the shareholders’ meeting on June 26, 2019. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board since his appointment by the district court on February 1, 2019, when he took over from Hartmut Gottschild, who had been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2006 and resigned for personal reasons. Dr. Farsin Yadegardjam, the prior Deputy Chairman, will remain a member of the Supervisory Board. The remaining members of the Supervisory Board are Dr. Clemens Doppler and Dr. Peter Merten.
